Planning A Blog - part 2

Planning A Blog - part 1
Before we create a blog, it's good plan on our blog. Plan that we need to arrange, among others:
Defining the target readers of my place as planned because the first target of this will determine the use of language, selection of a domain, title, description, keyword, style of language / writing, display settings, widget selection, and issues related to the optimization blog.
